If booking reference number hasn’t been “registered” yet, it means that the packages are still waiting to be picked up or have just gotten picked up and haven’t reached the commissary yet. Remember: “Patience is a virtue.”
Xend picks up and delivers packages everyday (EXCEPT on Sundays) Kindly make sure that there is someone there to receive the package or it will be returned to sender.

For residents within Metro Manila: 1-2 working days delivery. *Free Delivery within Metro Manila. For residents outside Metro Manila: 3-7 working days delivery.
